OS help plz !!!

I have os 6.0 my phone does freeze alot and battery life is terrible is there a better os? and if there is if the os number is lower does that mean it wont have some of the newer thing then the newest os upgrade?

Well, you haven't said what version you are already running. There is a sticky at the top of the forum for the latest release. There are tutorials in the help section detailing how to do the installation.

There are a zillion threads about battery life. Make use of the search function and you'll find a lot of info.
