    It looks like that is your OS. I'm not very knowledgable about them either but based on the posts I would say upgrade it. There is a sticky at the top that I think has linKs to the upgrades and also instructions which I think you can find in the how to section.

    If your still running .246, that OS version is damn near a year old now. Latest is .600, which I do believe is official for most all carriers now.
