When you say looking for wifi, do you mean it's indicating that BBM voice is not available as you are not on wifi? Or is this another error?

I'm stuck with the "association with Blackberry ID" even my phone connect to the wifi (but i don't have BIS). That's suck you know, while my friend can use it thru wifi without any BIS or any doubt.

In order to use BBM on a phone other than the new Blackberry Z10 you need a BIS data plan.
