No sound when on call. Only Speakerphone.

I cannot hear anything anymore when I make a call. It's like it's mutes or something. If I put it on speakerphone it works but when off speakerphone I cannot hear a thing.

I tried the update leak .214 thinking maybe this would fix it and still same problem. I have never dropped the phone or anything like that. I tried a million battery pulls and nothing. Anyone?

I have the same problem.
There is no audio on phone calls.
I do not hear the "ringing" sound as phone dials.
I cannot hear the person on the other end of the line, though the phone says we are connected.
People I call CAN here me.
If I go to speakerphone, I DO get audio.

Phone is a Torch 9800 with ATT.

Help?

I am now having the exact same problem .. did not have this problem in the past .. bold 9900 ... help!!!

I have the same problem. I even had a new earpiece part put in last night. Still nothing!

I'm now having same issue ... good thing Z10 is coming .... but the next 2 weeks will be brutal tough without phone option on my phone !
Any ideas how to fix this ? PLEASE !
