I have bb 9800 that has no software installed. when i turn on appear some codes on the screen. What should I do? please help. the phone is new.

Hey daniel,

First of all download and install the latest OS from this thread :Latest OS

Then connect you phone to your pc.

Now go to the following folder:
for 32bit Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\Apploader
for 64bit Windows: C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Research in Motion\Apploader

Delete the "vendor.xml" file and then start "Loader.exe" to install the OS
