    why do all of my media files don't have sound after OS upgrade to .284 ?

    Does anyone have same problem with no sound from media ?

    I restored the old OS .246 but my media files still don't have sound. Something is wrong her. I am going to wipe it using the JL_Cmder to see media sound working again. The phone still rings with normal sound. I just don't understand this problem.

    I can't use JL_cmdr since it isn't compatible with my window 7 64 bit.

    Can someone help me ?

    ok I figure it out. I have to do a handwipe to restore corrupt .246 software. my media files can play normally now
