We have a problem with dialing a DISA access number, when we dial it with the Torch, it dials the number, we get the DISA tone, but the softkey dialpad doesn't enable, and the hard dialpad gives DTMF tones out, but will not break the DISA tone. This works on 1 other Torch with .141 software load. It is like the phone doesn't recognize that the call has connected to the far end.

It may be an "answer supervision" problem. Have you spoken to your PBX supplier about this?
    Oops... re-read the post...
Are the two Torches on the same or different carrier? If the same carrier, get the carrier to answer the question. If different carriers, ask the one that doesn't work why the other carrier does...

The Torch in question are all ATT, the one that works is rls .141, the one that doesn't is .248. We have multiple Curves, 3g and "regular" they all work with the DISA. Even the Storm on Verizon works ok.

I guess that you should change the affected Torch to .141 then.

NOW, we are getting complaints from other users, They have older BB phones. Some are 8250, and others are the 9300 with 5.0 and 6.0. All complaints are the same, can't input digits after connecting to the Verizon DISA 800 number.
