    Default Newbie to blackberry

    Hey all whats going on just bought one of my first BB its a Torch 9800 got it for a steal been used for about a few months the guy moved and switched carriers, i wanted to ask is there a way to reset the phone back to factory settings this is annoying seeing all these text message that he didnt delete + voice mail and everything else, and also will it be useful for me to update the OS system on these phones thanks

    Yes there is. Have a look in the user guide for this and more great info on using the Torch.

    User Guide - BlackBerry Torch 9800 Smartphone - 6.0
