OK Fixed it! I went to the two hotspots and the Torch was fast, so I new it was my router. I read somewhere that the Torchsupported security WPA2, I only had WPA on my router so I updated my firmware on my router. After the firmware upgrade , low and behold I had WPA2 as an option in the security tab of my router settings. I set it to that, reset my pass key and I checked the Torch, and bam she was smokin fast. Thanks for all the help guys.
