Here is a quick recap of my problem.

-Downloaded an update to change email settings
-After update i could not access Email Options screen
-I wiped Torch and is back to factory settings
-When i go to the Setup screen and select Email accounts, nothing occurs.

For some reason i can not set up my email accounts. When i try to access the messages options screen, nothing occurs either.

I thought a wipe would fix the issue, is there anything else i could do?

You can also setup email accounts with your service provider's website. You didn't provide it so I can't link you to it.

Also, there are quite a few threads on this very topic. Rather than repeat all of them (well, I already did one), how about having a look around?

make sure u have mobile network on with good signal and bis icon appears when u open setup . for some reason it didnt work for me with just wifi on.

@blackhuckleberry the same thing has happened to me and I think it is a known problem and RIM is trying to fix it. I tried the update for the email application and my phone locked up and had to reinstall the OS on it. Ended up doing that twice and nothing worked. It's pretty frustrating to say the least.
