    I have a bb torch I love it so much but recently it has been playing up by resetting it self and the keypad doesn't always work, the same with the tracker pad. Sometimes it freezes all together and shuts down.

    Has the phone suffered any damage due to impacts? That could be a result. If not, try updating to the latest OS for your device. When all else fails - do a battery pull. Cheers

    No I haven't dropped it recently, and sorry I am new to this how do you update, and I have tryed to take the battery out that only works sometimes

    I'm having the same problem, language update key won't work, tap it nothing happen. already update OS and it's up to date. anyone have any idea?
