NEED to GET some data of my Torch

so yesterday i installed a new version of berryweather.....and now my phone just keeps restarting.....i dont need to fix it... but i would reallyy like to know if there is any way to get my contacts and my passwords from password keeper and my memos.....they should not be deleted there just sitting in there but i have no way of getting to them.

Stuck in a boot loop? Same thing happened to me yesterday. You might be able to reinstall the OS. Otherwise, I think the only way to fix it is to wipe and reinstall everything - hopefully you have a recent backup.

Sorry to hear about the problem you're having. I had a similar situation with my old Curve 8310. I had a recent backup though and was able to just reinstall the OS and then restore all my data from my backup to the Curve.

Have you tried connecting it to your PC via the USB cable and running the Desktop Manager program. You may get lucky and be able to do a backup of your data.
