My Whatsapp Can't Download Images

Help. I use a BlackBerry 9800 and I can't download the pictures I received. It shows I receive them as I get to see the preview but on the part where it says, "Get Image" and then the size of the file, I don't get to download the picture and it keeps returning the message:

"Download failed with error: HTTP response code: 404".

Please help, what could be the problem? Thank you.

Do you have the ability to download images in EMAILS?

There was a problem with the media servers yesterday that could have caused this, which should be fixed by now. Assuming nothing is wrong with your phone or data connection, that's the likely cause.

I've reinstalled whatsapp and it's still saying the same thing. I use a 6.0.0.248 OS, bundle 865. How do I reinstall it?

Yes I do. Maybe I should try using e-mail?
