Sounds to me like you need to have it replaced. I have no idea on what your problem now is, other then a possible hardware failure.

I would try BBSAK and see if you can wipe the device. Then try to install the OS.

Try the method in the first post of the 'How do I Recover a Dead BlackBerry' thread that you already posted in. If it doesn't work the first time, remove the battery and try it again.

Out of curiosity, can you try turning it on without the sim and memory card in.

I can't turn it on at all. I've tried everything. I have been using the apploader program without the sim and memory card in.

OK. Wasn't sure if you tried that or not. A warranty exchange shouldn't be a problem as there is a 1 year warranty on the phone.

I have the same exact problem. I can't get past the "reloading JVM" when the error box appears. I tried the how to reload the OS but on mine it actually shows the PIN...

you can't fix that.. it's something to do with hardware faulty. The hardware seem to be burn out due to overheated. Just consider that your BB torch is out of order. If you bought with warranty, get the replacement.

for me.... I bought through ebay and the seller seem not going to be reply on any of my email. It's really a waste. Hopefully the next time BB came out.. don't put into market unless they have really tested it. Don't just market it just to get along with other brand. Stupid BB marketing strategy.

    1. Open loader.exe but don't plug in your phone, get to option screen where you usually select your phone for the loader to flash this should be greyed out with nothing to select.

    2. Take the battery out of your phone and plug the USB cable into the phone and you should see your phone appear, quickly press next and reload the OS.

(Don't forget to put your battery back in once your phone is recognised by your PC)

    Hopefully this works for you.
