i'm having some minor issues with Adress book syncing..
but it's not enough for me to return the phone..
Most of the experience is still good.
i'm sure an OS update or an update with the Desktop manager for mac will solve this.

Buy a phone from 2004 and this is what you get. Maybe in 2018 RIM will figure out how to sync.
Put another way, maybe the Torch 3 in 2012 will do what most smartphones do today?

Technology will always have a speed bump to get over it...just how it is, rather it is syncing or whatever the case is, some issues may arise, especially with a new line and OS. Sorry you are having problems, but I am sure you can over come this as a few people told you what would help.

If you don't want to go in that round about road, then take it back for another phone..
