Music Playlists Not Being Updated

When I go into my Recently Played playlist, I noticed it is not being updated. Neither is the Top 25 Most Played playlist, although there are songs in both.

Also, how do you correct the album art for some music which displays the wrong artist?

These are probably imports from your itunes library right? So the playbook only imported the current 25 from itunes when you synced. It is not determined by the playbook, but rather the itunes playlist.
