Hey Everybody I looked and didn't see an answer to my problem I am hoping someone can help me.

I can't send an MMS picture message. I could the day I got the phone, now when I try it gives me the message "image scaling failed, please reduce the message size."

I'm getting the same message and it's very frustrating! Even when I make the image as small as I can & have Auto Resizing on. Sorry, I can't help but if you hear anything, please lemme know.

send your files as small as you can, and scale up from there and see how it works.

MMS is set by your carrier,and not by a setting on your BB. IF trouble persists call your carrier for a full explanation

On with my carrier now & found an answer. For T-mobile, they're saying that the text messages need to be 100 or less for images to be sent - obviously having to do with memory. I'll back up my phone & let ya'll know, prob tomorrow.
