Missing Icons

Someone please help me, sometimes when i exit my bbm all of the icons on my home screen disappear and i have to restart my phone to get them back. I will restore my phone but i do not want to lose all of my contacts on bbm or on my phone. Please help me!

first make sure you are on the 'all' tab if you are on favorites or other ones, your icons wont be there.

if not, and you want to erase your phone you can back it up with desktop manager and all your contacts and items will save.

you can then do a security wipe in your security settings and then restore your info
