My message alert light shows 40 emails, yet I only have 2 unopened. When I get a new email, it goes to 41, read it, back to 40. It used to work correctly, I must have change something. I am new to the BB, any help would be appreciated
The led doesn't just flash for emails, but for other messages as well. Try checking facebook, BBM (if you have a data plan), etc. and see if you have any unopened messages there.
