Mail coming to my Torch, but not to my Outlook
Subject says it. I'm not certain I am in the right forum...but thought I'd give it a go.
My torch has been working fine; however, yesterday I stopped receiving emails to my Outlook (with the exception of two late last night). All emails come to by Blackberry but do not go to my Outlook.

Are you using BIS or BES?
What type of email accounts are they: POP3 or IMAP?
Are you new to Outlook, or were you using it previously?
If you used Outlook previously, were you ever able to receive emails?
If you were able to receive emails in Outlook previously, what changed since then? Did you change any settings in Outlook?--Laura Knotek (formerly known as lak611)

Yes...it has worked fine since the beginning. This just started a day or so ago.

I have not changed anything. My remote log-in (webmail) doesn't work, either. I thought maybe it was just my desktop's Outlook. It's not. - 10-21-2011, 12:47 PM #6
Sounds like you need to contact your Exchange Admin.

Still not working. No idea. I have talked to IT, Exchange guy, etc.
