Hey everyone i recieved my Torch on friday an i noticed the volume on the ringer an Music Is low? Is it a hardware problem or software? then if i push the Mini usb up while its charging it kind of clicks out the phone i dont know if anyone else has these problems but looking for a solution...
My volume for playing music is actually flawless. I usually play my music while showering and I couldn't hear it well when I used my 9700, but now that I am using my Torch I can hear it really well.
My USB is not clicking or pushing out either. I would exchange the device for a new one.
Kool well Idk how i fixed this issue but i guess the device needs "breaking into" since its new! Volume works like my Blackberry 9000 Loud and nice =] for the usb problem im debating to take it back because its not a biggie
When did you buy your torch took me 2 days before the volume finally came up also idk if this is a hidden feature or anything but try reinstalling th OS MAKE SURE YOU BACKUP DEVICE and when the intro starts press the volume up...i was shocked how much the volume actually went up!
