I was using my 9800 to see if everything was fine since I'm selling it because I bought a 9780 (thank god). And I noticed that I can no longer hold on to the, for example, 5 key on the dial screen and call a speed dial (virtual dial screen).

Also I noticed, on the virtual keyboard, I used to be able to hold to a letter, for example the letter O for a little while and get �, �, � etc. to choose from, now I keep pressing a letter but nothing happens.

I repeat all this is happening on the virtual dial screen and keyboard. Help is very appreciated.

and you already tried a reset/battery pull and the problem persists?
