I recently updated both Facebook and Twitter to the latest version (3.2.0.12). Now, both icons have disappeared. Both show that they are installed in AppWorld and application management. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling 14 different ways. Has anybody else had this issue or know a solution to it?

click menu on main window and look for 'show hidden' menu button. if it is visible, that means there are some apps or functions hidden.
turn it on and look for the FB and twitter app. if u can see it, click on it for a second and 'unhide' it.
if this doesn't work, delete and reinstall from appworld.
do a 15seconds battery pull.

I've already checked if they were hidden and have already tried reinstalling through AppWorld and OTA via blackberry.com/twitter, still nothing. I will try a battery pull next.

Did we find a solution for this??
I too have this problem (although only with the twitter icon).
I've seemingly tried everything...
Uninstall, reinstall, reset, battery pull, battery pull (leaving the battery out for 10 minutes), uninstall reinstall completely (following the recent appworld update)... and still no twitter icon, yet its showing as installed in myworld in app world.

Hey guys,

I'm having the exact same issue. Has there been any word on this? I'd like to use the Social Feeds app that comes with my BB but only Facebook is showing in there since Twitter isn't (or is, it's hard to tell) installed.

Try and update or re-install your OS again. Had the same issue weeks ago got it fixed!
