Default LoFt "praying" -- have to enter password to unlock?

So yesterday, I used the Enterprise Activation app to set up my work email on my Blackberry Torch 9800. My organization uses Gmail, but without a Gmail address (it looks like Gmail, but the login is different). I followed the instructions from my IT administrator and everything worked great. However, since then, when the Blackberry is unused/dormant for a few minutes and I pick it up to use it, it says "LoFt" and "praying" underneath, and prompts me to enter a password. Does anyone know what this might be and how to get rid of it? Thanks!

Sounds like your company imposes a password requirement on your handset as part of its IT policy, though I'm not sure why your seeing the other words.

You'll be best talking to your IT admin.
