By "stuck" do you mean that it just doesn't work or that it keeps pressing the same key like it's holding it down or that it duplicates keystrokes?
There are basically 2 schools of thought here, it's either a hardware issue or a software issue. If it is a software issue, might I suggest you try to backup and wipe the phone completely? There might have been an awkward install that mucked up the Operating System a little bit causing issues with the keyboard. If you don't think that's the issue, you could try removing the battery and spraying the back with compressed air and spraying the keyboard down, or using a q-tip dipped in acetone to clean around and between the keys and any crevice in the back (with the phone off). Acetone is an alcohol and it evaporates quickly so it is preferred over water for electronics.
