I recently picked up the Torch, exactly one week ago. Yesterday morning I returned it because none of the keys on the outside of the Torch were responding, ie: mute, lock, convenience key or the volume keys. Tomorrow morning I will be returning this new Torch because the keyboard is not responding. I cannot unlock my phone because the actual keyboard, not the virtual keyboard is not responding at all. Was wondering if anyone else was exepriencing this issue.
Nope. Sounds like you have a run of bad luck going. If you do another exchange, really test drive it hard in the store and don't leave until you get one that satisfies you.
