key board don't work

Hello and thanks for reading..

Anyway when I close my tourch and it locks I open it and it's black just like I turned the phone off, I press hang up key and it goes to my password and then the keybord don't work, they only way it workes is if I blow the keys,

Can someone help me?

what do you mean blow the keys?

my first guess would be that the tether has either come apart, or has failed.

Sounds like your Torch is toast. Can you connect it to DM and back it up?

Did you drop it, get it wet (even the slightest bit), fly too close to the Sun?
