    The keyboard in my torch has some problem when i type Y it types Z and for Z it types Y.
    is this a hardware problem or software

    It sounds like you bought a device with a QWERTZ keyboard, instead of a QWERTY keyboard. http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=494124

    lak611 thanks for your reply,i solved this problem by changing my keyboard layout from QWERTZ to QWERTY.
