interesting i thought the canadian carriers shipped with os .246 according to some that have it on rogers but a quick question when you opened your box what kind of protective stickers did it have on it for example screen protector battery sticker? i got mine today from rogers and only had a screen protector on it and the back battery sticker but nothign to protect the camera lens or the trackpad and end send keys is it me or dont phones usually have that as i have seen it in some of the unboxing videos

Why are are asking everywhere about the stupid protection plastic over the camera lens and keypad? Like who really cares!

It may have shipped with a different OS but it should not be a big deal to upgrade.

I finally broke down and got the Torch too!

I'm in the UK and finally have my hands on my Torch (delayed release from Monday).
First impressions are great and the onscreen keyboard isn't as shabby as i thought it might be. Came pre-installed with .246 firmware.

Now just need some protection for my new baby!
