Call 611 for customer service, and tell them about the "Loyalty Rewarded" deal. They'll have no idea what you're talking about, but read the above post to them, and they'll give it to you. If your monthly bill is $99+ you get a $100 credit, but if your monthly bill is $59 - $98, you'll get a $50 credit. It took less than 5 minutes on the phone, and they gave it to me with no hassle.
I can tell you that I got this in Bestbuy too where I got mine, there was a big line in the AT&T store. I told them about it and she had a manager make the adjustment so it could be sold at that price as I was up for the same $50.
No dice getting them to match Amazon or Walmart thou!

lol, got $25 taken off when i called. but this program is for people that are out of contract, typically with phones out of warranty and insurance. lucky duck. what did you upgrade from?
