internet browsing not working on blackberry torch 9800 three uk : solved

hi i bought blackberry 9800 from Amazon UK, it is unlocked to all networks, i was using pay as you go three UK sim card but the internet browsing was not working at all, i tried talking to CSR but they told me its problem in all of the 9800s, and payg sim card wont work, i am talking about only internet browsing and not BB internet sevice.
yesterday i did the factory reset and then updated the OS which was pending from many months, after update it the internet was working fine and Three planet was installed by itself, and i am so happyyyyyy yeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy,
i made this topic to help others cuz i saw many of the topics with nearly no solution, hope someone will find it in search engine and it will help them too
