Hello all. I just picked my torch and I'm loving it. Updated to the newest OS. But my issue is with the caller ID. When someone calls all I see are incoming call and +12123356995 with no name or photo of the caller. I enter the caller in the contact as directed. What am I doing wrong. Thank you for the help in advance.

i deleted the contact and re-enter it with the +1 in the front, still it doesn't show the callers name or photo. is there a glitch in the newest OS ... can someone please help...don't want to go back to the old OS.
