this happened to me and i was really panicking and i looked it up and thought i was going to have to buy a new battery but than i took the battery out for bout 2 minutes than put it back in turned the power on at the wall and it charged and turned on not sure if it will work for everyone but it worked for me

try removing your sim card and then wiping your battery. It worked for me
