    Default Hybrid for old OS?

Decided it's time to wipe and start fresh with my device after a few problems, and I've researched into how to install a hybrid, it's benefits, etc... But, I'm unsure which, and what version to install..

    My operator's latest OS is 6.0 Bundle 2949 (v6.0.0.668, Platform 6.6.0.236)

I've seen a few hybrids for newer versions, and I wonder if my OS is compatible..

If not, which would be the best for my version?

    Thanks! ^^

"Best" is a matter of opinion. There are a lot of hybrids available that mix and match components from several different OS versions. There is a hybrid forum located here:

    You should look around.

FYI. I run .706 and it works for me. *Your mileage may vary*

You should consider bumping up to a more recent Official version. These are quite stable now...issues are less and less than in the earlier versions.

You can use a more recent version from another carrier, you just need to delete the vendor.xml file after the installation of the software.

Latest Official OS Torch 9800 6.0.0.723 from SK_Telecom

This is the latest OS for the 9800, its fromSK_Telecom, but if thats not your carrier, instructions are inside how to install on your phone.

Updated fine, had to re enter a couple of activation codes and reorder apps but it's working fine, thanks again As for hybrid I finally installed B@stard latest, but think I'll go back to vanilla as it seamed faster.
