    I thought the Email experience on my torch would be different but it seems to be the same as my Bold 9000, I thought the webkit browser was being used to render HTML emails. I still get some break up and dont get images loaded in the emails for some reason. Or is it working as it should?

    OK just attached two screen shots from the same email ... one is on the iPhone and one is on the torch. Isn't HTML emails suppose to look like the iPhone's?

    It's supported on mine....I'm on BES.

    so the email should be shown on my torch as it is on the iPhone? is there a setting somewhere I can activate?

    I have that option and I am on BIS. Everyhimg seems to be working fine.

    Do you happen to be on a BES? If so, and you're company is still running a 4.x version you won't have HTML email.

    If your company is small enough you might be able to talk to your IT admin about moving to BES Express. It's free and doesn't require a CAL for each user like the full BES. It's more up to date and will support HTML email.

    I am on BIS and have that option too although I have download image automatically. It does not always appear to do so. I guess I have gotten so used to how emails were presented on my 9700 that I have not paid attention on my Torch.

    Fixed my HTML's I followed this link. My TCP settings were under AT&T. T forgot to change over to Rogers after I unlocked the Torch. Just look for your carrier in the link provided in this thread. All good now
