How to Unhide a Photo ALBUM

So, created a new folder in my pictures folder and moved some pics, and hit the hide check box, thinking it would be reversible and just testing it out since I had never seen it before, now I can't find this folder anywhere. It's just gone, even if I sync my phone with laptop...

* This is not just a hidden photo, but an entire album. *

Q: How do I unhide the folder to retrieve the photos? Help!

Go in your File Browser and navigate to the path of the albums, press menu button, and click on Show Hidden, then you can go back on those hidden file and uncheck the hidden box.

I've read this a few times over the internet, and in my phone, there is no such option as Show Hidden in the menu list when looking through the album file.

Please help!
