I installed the new software for my torch 9800 but when i tried to restore my data back every thing is ok except that i can't find my bb groups and when i ask my friends to add me to the group they say that i am already a member the problem is that i am the admin of the groups so any help plz

the easiest thing to do is to allow one of your good friends to be an admin too. from the group they can go to Administration, then choose make me an administrator. you have to give them the password. once they are the admin they can boot you from the group since you are "ghosting" and then re-add you. once you are back in your groups i recommend you do a local back up and ensure all your email addresses are registered.
