If you're serious enough. Or SOUND serious enough. Go through the touch tone menu when you call to the "disconnect" retainer folks. They have more authority. Tell them you really like the droid X (or whatever other phone out there) but you have a friend who had a torch and you liked it. You want to see what kind of deal they can make you. If that person is not willing to help, hang up and try again.

after dealing with BB service support for 3 hrs my BOLD shut down told ATT help me out and they said it was out of warr soo i told them this is BS and im taking all my 5 lines to Sprint after dealing with the retention dept and 1 supervisor and 1 mgr they are sending me the TORCH for $100.00 no contract and top it off after 9 hours with no battery in my BOLD it worked again

i guess no one in here buys their phone from futureshop lol i paid 67.91 taxes in thats because i have future shops insurance so i just gave back my bold 9700 and upgraded to this one for a small fee. i pay 11.29 a mth for my insurance i started with the 8900--->9700---->9800 i didnt need to do anything wit my contract

futureshops PEP plan rarely works that way and it shouldn't its designed not to... so u got really lucky because i work for bestbuy mobile and used to work for futureshop mobile as well lol
