how to clean my contact lists?

Hey guys,
I'm new BB users and I hope I can find help here.I had activated ny e-mail accounts and so I had synced it together with my phone,The result was a lot of dublications and a lot of useless contacts.
How can I clean this?
How can I multible select contacts or select all?

Contacts Cleaner : Merge Duplicate Contacts on CrackBerry App Superstore

This works, but I'm not sure I completely know how to use it properly. It seems a bit cumbersome to me. It will get the job done, though.
