got 9800 issue.
when i close the keyboard, the touchscreen keyboard doesnt appear...
and when i turn the phone down, the screen doesnt turn down...

anyone help?

Did u try menu, show keyboard? What do u mean turn the screen down? The volume?

well all i know now is, the blackberry doesnt detect when i close the keyboard. so the virtual keyboard doesnt open!
and as all 9800 users know, if you dont close the keyboard, the screen doesnt turn...

i dont mean volume, i mean the screen spining when you down the phone...

so if the doesnt detect the keyboard closed, i cant get virtual keyboard... anyone know what the problem is?
any cable? board?
this is hardware, i think ...
