This is the latest Official OS for the 9800 and it should work just fine on your device.

I think you may just be a tad confused on how to read the data listed for the OS.
Do not pay attention to SOFTWARE PLATFORM. There is NO OS version 6.6.anything

APPLICATIONS is always the OS version. If you are looking to upgrade then you need to
use an OS with an Application version greater than 6.0.0.600. The first link I posted will upgrade
your OS to 6.0.0.723.

Do you need instructions on how to perform the upgrade?
