My BB Torch 9800 got quite warm to the touch when last charged and will not turn on now. When plugged in the red light comes on briefly then goes off and nothing else happens. Any ideas how to fix?

Did you try letting it charge for about 2 hours? I've seen that happens to my curve once. Turned out that the battery was dead (heat was the device burning through the power.

    And welcome to the forums!

So, charging it didn't do the trick. I left it for well over 6 hours and still no sign of life
    Any other ideas?
