    Default Help!!

    so i've had my torch since a week after it initially released, and i'm noticing that anytime/everytime i reboot or do a battery pull on my berry, i lose BIS service. i am not able to receive emails or bbms. is this happening to anyone else?!?!

    i have found that doing a device wipe fixes the problem, BUT it is a nuisance to have to do it EVERYTIME i have to reboot my phone, any input would be helpful

    Yup. The device is faulty (I think). You should replace it for a new one.
