HELP </3 I can't access my FB/BBM/Twitter

Guys, I need help. I just bought my BB Torch 9800 two weeks ago. It's actually second hand. It's indeed in a good working condition aside from the problem it has on it's internet connection. I mean, the wi-fi performs well but when I registered to BB Social/Bb Max, I can't use the applications I just installed on it. Specifically Twitter and Facebook. I first tried to visit and call Globe Telecom, thought it's just my sim/network but when I inserted my simcard (registered to bbm) on another BB device, it instantly worked! I kept on changing the phone's settings/internet setting and yet, nothing has changed ( Anyone can help me?? (
