    Hi,
    I know there are some other threads relating to this but, I bought a BB torch and when I received it, the guy I bought it off used up all the 10 attepmts to unlock it, so now its hardlocked to the vodafone network!

    Anyways I was talking to a guy from o2 and he said that only the manufacturer can resolve this problem! :s

    Is this true, and/or is there any other way to do it??

    I'd be really greatful for any advice!
    I live in the UK just incase any services operate in certain parts of the world! :s

    I've been on their website and e-mailed them and they said that they don't have what they need for the bb torch!

    Try the Unlocking Forum. Maybe one of the unlocking companies who post there will know who to send it to.
