I have a BB Torch with AT&T. Other than the 'new voice mail icon' never getting cleared, it has worked perfectly. Then, the other day, I touch my shortcut to Major League Baseball dot com standings. Nothing happens! I try Google - nothing happens. Same for Browser and all my other internet shortcuts. Tried turning on my Wi-Fi to access through that. Nothing. The phone locks up and can't launch any applications until I hit the red 'hang-up' button at the bottom right! I am still getting e-mails, calls and texts.
Do a battery pull first. If that doesn't work go into Settings/email account/internet mail account. Sign in, hit the menu button and select service books and resend service books
