It's the same as every other useless sticker sold as a "signal booster". It does absolutely nothing.

They can even be worse than useless:

This crazy sticker scam has been going on for as long as I've had a cell phone. I honestly don't know how these no-name companies can continue to get away with selling nonsense products like this.
