Full Screen Caller?

Is there an app which will show a full screen photo of the caller, I have found some, but these require a monthly subscription for some reason, I would rather not pay a fee every month for this

Look in the AppWorld. There is something similar but pulls the images from Social Networks.

Been using this app since it's beta days and works great. Sometimes(depending on what I'm doing on my phone) it takes a moment to display the picture(usually after a couple seconds), but it does work good.

if you notice delays then check the picture size. If you just use the camera img the the size might be 2MG. try resize the picture smaller.
