just bought a torch

after a while it stops and freezes at where i am on the screen

most of the time when its idle it freezes
common time i know it will freeze is when i put it for charge, after a few mins it will be frozen

keeps freezing!

not running much, facebook app and bbm only


im about to delete all my pictures, so i'll see if it makes a difference


please help!!

Also press and hold down the bb button and make sure theres no apps running other then the 5 that always run.

try turning off sd card and storage compression, then repair them both and do a battery pull.

i have unticked "enable compression"

i've removed the SD card and now it all works fine

i have a 8gb card


obviously this isnt what i wanted, i want my card in there!

so what shall i do?
