Hi, does anyone know how to unlock a bb9800 torch I accidently forgot my phone unlock code when i enter my imei number it then ask me for the master code and the master key help me please

There's no way to unlock it without the proper passcode.

Are you "unlocking" to use on a different mobile network?

Or is the screen locked?

I have made alot of attemps. when i put on the phone it ask for a phone code and when i enter my imei number it then ask for the master code. Is there a master security code i can enter
